Maintaining & updating Marketing, Client/Matter, contact and office supplies databases.

Creation of new files and archiving of old files as required.

Creation of New Client/Matter forms on Envision.

Work alongside the HR & Support Manager in the management of outstanding administration projects.

Supervising Support Assistant to ensure that all filing/titles are stored correctly, and the filing room is kept tidy allowing the easy retrieval of files.

Relief Reception duties to cover sickness and holidays.

Organisation and set up of all boardroom meeting refreshments/lunches, with the help of the Support Assistant.

Assist with carrying supplies orders around the relevant departments when required.

Supervise/assist Support Assistant with Royal Mail/DX each morning/evening.

Assist with any other support duties as and when required.

Profile
A varied role to include, but not limited to, the list of duties below.

You must be reliable, be able to communicate effectively with a confident telephone manner, be enthusiastic and willing to learn, have the ability to work as a small team and have goodorganisational skills.

You must be smart, ready to be client-facing every day and have a level of fitness that can cope with the faced paced varied duties within our department.

You must be confident and have experience in a supervisory role. You must alsotake pride in the work you do for others with an emphasis on attention to detail.
