London, Greater London, United Kingdom synthesia Full time
From your everyday PowerPoint presentations to Hollywood movies, AI will transform the way we create and consume content.
Today, people want to watch and listen, not read — both at home and at work. If you're reading this and nodding, check out our brand video .

Despite the clear preference for video, communication and knowledge sharing in the business environment are still dominated by text, largely because high-quality video production remains complex and challenging to scale—until now....

We're on a mission to make video easy for everyone.

Born in an AI lab, our AI video communications platform simplifies the entire video production process, making it easy for everyone, regardless of skill level, to create, collaborate, and share high-quality videos.

Whether it's for delivering essential training to employees and customers or marketing products and services, Synthesia enables large organizations to communicate and share knowledge through video quickly and efficiently.

We're trusted by leading brands such as Heineken, Zoom, Xerox, McDonald's and more.

We've raised over $150M in funding from top-tier investors, including Accel, Nvidia, Kleiner Perkins, Google and top founders and operators including Stripe, Datadog, Miro, Webflow, and Facebook.

We're seeking our first ever People and Talent Enablement Specialist to join Synthesia and drive operational excellence and efficiency for our high-performing People and TA team and help us introduce systems and build processes needed to scale smoothly.

Using your extensive experience in both People Operations and Talent Operations, you will dive deep into our current operations, tech stack, and hiring goals to run end-to-end projects and introduce impactful ways of working.

As our People and Talent Enablement Specialist, you will utilize data to identify bottlenecks and successes, making our hiring more efficient and productive.

Your role will involve reporting and analytics of across-department data that should lead to data-driven insights, ensuring alignment and optimization of processes.

We are a tech-savvy team using the latest tools to streamline our work, and you will own these tools to keep us at the forefront of technology.

If you have vast experience in building and running operations in a scaling company and can help us achieve excellence through data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you.

Utilise data streams to optimise People and Talent Operations.

Drive projects that optimise efficiency and outcomes in order for the wider team to deliver on OKRs and Hiring goals.

Provide operational support to Talent Acquisition Partners and People Partners, for example but not limited to setting up common processes, making sure all stakeholders are regularly updated, support with scheduling and coordination of office visits etc.

A strong project and process owner experienced in the full lifecycle of projects from ideation to implementation.
In other words, you excel at change management.

A strategic thinker who thinks about impact on the short- mid- and long-term, who understands that building a strong foundation will help us scale.

Operating knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure legal compliance.
Highly rational thinker, capable run risk-analysis and cost vs benefit based decision making.
Experience supporting hiring forecasting and capacity planning, ideally with both technical and non-technical roles.
A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series C start-up.
