Benefits and Pensions Specialist

6 Month FTCUp to £70,000Office location: Central LondonHybrid working: 1-2 days per week in the office We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Benefits & Pensions Specialist to join an exciting global Financial Services firm. The role will be working closely with the Reward & Benefits Manager to support the full spectrum of Benefits and Pensions day to day activity, and project work. The Benefits and Pensions Specialist responsibilities will include:Support the full spectrum of benefits and pensions functional services and administration primarily in the UK and Ireland, but also more broadly to offices across EMEA.Be involved in the operational day to day running of the reward function, provide first support and guidance to stakeholders on reward processes and procedures.Support the building and implementation of efficient and effective reward practices.Lead and maintain the full provision of UK&I contractual and voluntary benefits including reporting, invoicing, reconciliation, renewals, client relations, policy maintenance, monitoring effectiveness and engagement of plans and new initiatives.Seek to align the benefits framework to enhance engagement with the company`s employee value proposition.Lead and maintain the full provision of UKI Company Pension schemes including all automatic enrolment.Support on regular reporting to meet legislative requirements. National Minimum/Living WageGender Pay Gap ReportingProvide insight and analysis of the dataThe ideal candidate:Strong benefits and Pensions BAU and project experience.Experience in flexible benefits desirable.Understanding of pension contribution structures, auto-enrolment, and administration.Strong excel and reporting.Excellent communication both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
