Trip Leader Training Manager for a quality driven company with fluent English and based in Glasgow

Hiring and training Trip Leaders to deliver in-depth tours of Great Britain
~ Coaching trip leaders in tour quality and exceeding traveller expectations
~ Carrying out Trip Leader performance management to ensure they meet the company's guidelines to achieve excellence goals
~ Creating and scheduling a strong high performing Trip Leaders team that exemplify the company's culture and values and team spirit
~ Evaluating and acting on quality issues from traveller and Trip Leader feedback
~ Reporting out to head office on KPIs
~ Ability to work on the road and where necessary travel with Trip Leaders and groups in a training/coaching role
~ Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
~Typical office hours are 9am-5pm however during the demands of the operational season (Apr-Oct) time out with these hours may be required

Strong training/coaching skills
