Job Title: Tour Leader Manager

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Leader Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our tour leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train tour leaders to deliver high-quality tours of Great Britain
  • Coach tour leaders on tour quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage tour leader performance to ensure they meet company standards
  • Create and schedule a high-performing tour leader team that embodies our company culture and values
  • Manage relationships with tour leaders and vendors
  • Evaluate and act on customer and tour leader feedback to improve quality
  • Support tour delivery and development
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to head office
  • Ability to work on the road and travel with tour leaders and groups as needed
  • Effectively interact with customers on site to support tour leaders and gather feedback
  • Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the UK
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong training/coaching skills
  • Performance Management experience
  • Proven and effective travel industry and staff management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in written & spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
