A nationally renowned Thai hospitality business is in search for a Business Development Manager to be the local "face" of the business.
As the ultimate Brand Ambassador, you will deliver local strategies to proactively drive the sales growth for new businessclients within the leisure, corporate, meetings and events markets through a tailored 360 customer experience.
If you have:
- A degree in business management or a similar equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience in a lead sales role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Have a proven track record of conducting proactive and reactive salesdriven campaigns.
- An opportunist, results and bonus driven.
- Bring entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and drive.
- Selfmotivated and work autonomously to achieve set KPIs.
- Be an expert communicator (verbally and written) and relationship builder.
- Have an established network of contacts in the city in which they are working.
- Willing to travel
Your new role would entail:
- Generating cold leads with the aim of development to longstanding loyal customers.
- Chasing local opportunities with proactive and reactive strategies.
- Increasing corporate and large group bookings.
- Thinking 'outside the box' to drive footfall and the appeal of the venue.
- Challenging internal delivery with a solutionled approach.
- Carrying out consumer research in the two locations and report findings monthly
