The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. This is a new role that requires a unique blend of marketing, income generation, business development, and innovation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth and income generation
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including corporate partners and individual supporters
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role at a senior level
  • Understanding of diverse income streams and business development strategies
  • Track record of successfully delivering business strategies and income generation plans
  • Previous line management experience

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in legacy fundraising, major gift fundraising, and corporate partnerships
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week in Aberdeen city centre
