Exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in Hospital Specialist or Key Account Manager roles to promote a preservation solution in CABG surgery.

In this newly established position, you will be accountable for creating demand for the complete Cardiac Portfolio, including the innovative vein graft preservation solution, among Cardiac Surgeons, Cardiologists, and Nurse Clinical Specialists.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve set goals and yearly sales targets for the Cardiac Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to build a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) in the Cardiac field.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with important stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
  • Offer thorough insights into the Cardiac/Cardiothoracic market, including surgical activity levels and patient journeys.
  • Discover and pursue new product possibilities in the Cardiac sector.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance sales potential.
  • Create business plans at the hospital level, identifying key figures and boosting sales through commercial encounters and field visits.
  • Engage in theater/clinic settings to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the National product specialist and attend regular commercial sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Nurse Clinical specialists to grasp the UK market intricacies.
  • Provide training to staff and nurses, supporting clinical trials and product usage.
  • Stay updated on NHS developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

The sales specialist position operates within the UK territory and may require work beyond the designated area.

Qualifications

A degree in life sciences or healthcare. UK driving license. Authorization to work in the UK. Medical Industry Accreditation (MIA) or willingness to obtain it.


Experience required

In-depth knowledge of Cardiac procedures. Sales experience in the Cardiac segment. Launching new products experience preferred. Expertise in Key Opinion Leader management. Strong account management skills. IT proficiency, especially in MS Office. Team player with excellent communication. Innovative, problem-solving mindset. Ability to influence and prioritize tasks effectively.
