We operate from our purpose built setting with fantastic facilities including a large enclosed play area and onsite parking.

Our Setting operates across 4 Room with each room designed and equipped specifically for the age of the child.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and provide general support to enquiries and employees
  • Over see lunch time and evening handovers
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for interviews and show rounds
  • Provide general support to the Manager (e.g. answering new parents questions, marking off payments, booking in show rounds and arranging interviews, etc.)
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing documents and maintaining office equipment (e.g. filing paperwork)
  • Ensuring all new starters have appropriate paperwork and introduction documentation.
  • Update company records with medical information and other updates (e.g. insurance information)
  • Maintain contact lists and calendar
  • Assist with billing and collections.
  • Produce reports and other documents as requested by the Manager and Owner
  • Filing documents in the appropriate places (i.e., paper, electronic)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office administrator, Administrative assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office administrator software (MS Office Suite or other) Teams, basic accounting software.

Hours:

  • 9am 5pm (Mon-Fri) All Year Around

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
