**THE ROLE & LOCATION**

**Job Title: Compliance Administrator**

**Location: Liverpool (L7 7DP)**

**THE ROLE & LOCATION**

Based in Liverpool City Centre and reporting to the Operations & Compliance Manager, we are now looking to recruit an Compliance Administrator.

Your role will be inclusive of, but not limited to:

- Establish and maintain efficient filing and archiving system
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Creating and maintaining documentation e.g. spreadsheets, digital records, procedures
- Collating data from the Construction Management System “Plan Radar”
- Updating the building maintenance tracker, scheduling contractors to ensure building compliance
- Assist the H&S Manager with requests for information and monitoring of Health & Safety files
- Assist with meeting minute taking for meetings as requested
- Order and maintain stationary supplies and other miscellaneous office items required
- Ensure all training records and systems are updated accurately
- Be responsible for the company vehicle compliance, tax, MOT, insurance and any other issues
- Manage and keep up to date all subcontractors’ insurances and policies
- Maintain and update the companies document control register
- Continuously reviewing and improving existing processes and procedures
- Support the Management Team with general administration when required

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

Experienced administrator using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

**SALARY RANGE**

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 dependent on experience.

**WORKING HOURS**

Full time permanent.

40 hours per week; may include weekend working.
