- Undertaking ‘pre-survey checks’ on properties.
- Arranging appointments for assessors and managing their diaries.
- Sending out communication to customers and chasing for any required supporting documents from the customer.
- Undertaking rigorous compliance checks on each job pack to ensure nothing is missing and everything is in the correct format.
- Analysing data regarding a property to ascertain if its fits certain qualifying criteria.
- Updating records on company software.
- General adhoc administration as required.

As a small, but growing team, its essential that you are a real team player and can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
