About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join our team as a Nursery Early Years Childcare Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running and administration of our purpose-built nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory and registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality early years provision
  • Develop and implement effective coaching, mentoring, and role modeling to support staff development
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and registration requirements, including EYFS and safeguarding
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support the nursery's mission and values
Requirements
  • Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years childcare/education
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within a nursery/childcare environment
  • Deep level of knowledge and understanding of child development, key legislative framework, and safeguarding practices
  • Effective communication and team working skills to lead, coach, and mentor nursery staff
  • Positive, self-motivated, highly organized, with a commitment to quality early years provision
