Job Summary
An opportunity has come up for a part-time Screening Pathway Administrator to join the Administration/Telephone Helpline team in Llantrisant on a fixed-term until 31st March 2025.
The successful candidate will work in the helpline team to ensure the successful delivery of the Bowel Screening Programme and the Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Programme in Wales, providing essential administrative support for call/recall and failsafe functions of both programmes.
This role is busy and varied, requiring the ability to deal with stakeholders, tasks, and deadlines. Organizing, prioritizing, and planning workload is key to success. Teamwork, excellent telephone skills, and high accuracy in data entry are essential.

Main Duties of the Job
The post holder manages helpline queries and supports call/recall and failsafe functions in the Screening Division.
Responsibilities include handling helpline queries, processing invitations, appointments, and results according to programme policies.
