About the Role

The Screening Pathway Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Screening Division, answering helpline queries, and operating the information system to process invitations, appointments, and results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answering helpline queries and providing accurate information to participants
  • Operating the information system to process invitations, appointments, and results
  • Recording and updating manual and computerized data systems
  • Providing administrative support to the Screening Division

Person Specification

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs including English (A*-C grades) or equivalent level of qualification or experience
  • Previous admin experience and good level of knowledge across a broad range of administrative functions
  • Previous experience of dealing with people over the phone or face-to-face
