Due to continued growth they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage the end to end process, working with well known retail customers.

Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Point of contact for all customer enquiries
- customer order entry

  • Maintenance of backlogs
  • Stock checks and maintenance
  • Escalate and solve delivery problems
  • Proactive follow up with customers regarding orders
  • Work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure order fulfilment
  • Provide tracking details

The Successful Applicant:
