Main Responsibilities:- Customer Inquiry Handling: Efficiently handle and monitor customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Email Management: Monitor email inboxes and check information, maintaining accurate records and updating customer assets on the database.
- Logistics and Workshops: Arrange collections from customers and suppliers, and support logistics and workshops as required.
- ERP System Management: Manage the flow of work within the company's ERP systems, processing incoming and outgoing subcontract items.
- Customer Communication: Liaise internally with other sites, raise purchase requisitions, and order parts for customers.
- HR Support: Manage customer emails, inboxes, and HR staff, monitoring and responding to dashboards.
- Process Development: Develop and implement new terms and processes, assisting with stock taking and providing support to the calibration laboratory.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and IT literacy, with excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational Skills: Possess exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently and meet specific timelines.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 to £25,000pa, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (15:30 finish on a Friday). If you are a motivated and experienced customer service professional, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
