Customer Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Stockport facility. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers and develop strong partnerships to meet their needs.
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and report any issues or changes in customer mood to management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer product returns and establish corrective action plans.
  • Provide regular updates on sales enquiries, response times, lead times, and customer orders to management.
  • Communicate and investigate supply issues to ensure optimal customer relations.
  • Process customer enquiries, orders, and change requests efficiently.
  • Maintain and update price and customer lists to ensure accuracy.
  • Proactively pursue debtors to minimize financial losses.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service in a B2B setting.
  • Have a passion for service delivery and a positive approach to complex customers.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with customers and provide a consultative and sensitive customer experience.
