Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Centre as a Contact Centre Agent.

This is a full-time role, office based, with a 40-hour working week. The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all telephone and online enquiries, ensuring that the brand is represented appropriately and meeting customer expectations.
  • Working to individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring workshop capacity is maximised through central service booking procedures and prospecting activity.
  • Responding to customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner, and recording all necessary information for ongoing customer relationship management.
  • Ensuring online enquiry service levels are continually achieved and exceeded.
  • Maximising opportunities to upsell specified products, such as Service Care.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Service booking/reception experience.
  • Desire to succeed.
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • PC literate.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • The drive to build customer rapport.
  • Ability to handle pressure working in a busy call centre environment.
