A large, well-established financial services business based in Denton are looking for 3 Call Centre Agents to join their team on a permanent basis.

Joining a lively and fun team, you will be working within a realistic target driven environment, with the opportunity to earn generous bonuses and excel your career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving and helping customers to settle low value charges
  • Dealing with predominantly inbound calls, that are usually resolved on the first phone call
  • Liaising with customers in a professional manner via the telephone, sometimes having difficult or challenging conversations
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records on the company database
  • Working towards personal and team targets
  • Excellent experience working within a contact centre environment
  • Previous experience within sales or collections would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Great communication skills and the ability to interact with customers positively
  • Confident in your own ability
  • Drive to work towards targets and hunger to achieve
  • Able to work using your own initiative

In return, you will receive:

  • A basic salary of £20,500pa, with an OTE of £28,000pa and realistic earnings of up to £32,000pa
  • 37.5 hour working week, 95pm
  • Hybrid working once training is complete
