Job Title: Collections Agent (Parking Fines)
Location: Denton, Manchester
**Salary**: £20,500 per annum (Realistic earning potential: £28,000 - £45,000 per year)

About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting individuals to collect outstanding low-value parking fines in a professional and respectful manner.
- Utilising negotiation skills to secure payments and arrange suitable payment plans for debtors.
- Conducting detailed financial assessments to determine the most appropriate repayment options.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with debtors.
- Collaborating with team members and management to meet individual and team targets.
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies during the collections process.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in credit management or debt collection is essential.
- Alternatively, experience in negotiation or working towards targets in a financial sector will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection (training will be provided).
- High level of resilience and determination to achieve targets.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays.
