The hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm on a rolling rota shift pattern, to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Executive
As a sales executive you will be managing inbound calls selling travel insurance to our niche market customers.

  • Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
  • To achieve personal sales and performance targets
  • To Identify customers' needs and upsell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
  • To manage sensitive data accordingly
  • To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business managing your own pipeline at all times
  • Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly offering an exceptional level of customer service at all times

Your skills/ experience as a Sales Executive

  • Experience in an insurance sales role/ customer facing experience/ sales experience
  • Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
  • Experience in a regulated industry ideal but not essential
  • Ability to discuss sensitive topics.
  • Professional telephone manner is essential.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business where feasible.
