About You:

While prior experience in fine jewellery or luxury timepieces is not mandatory, a genuine enthusiasm for our products is highly beneficial. Your professionalism in delivering exceptional client experiences is crucial. We value engaging personalities and individuals who aspire to grow and succeed within one of the UK's most esteemed family-owned brands. If you thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy assisting clients, we can provide you with an ideal career pathway.

Our In-store Luxury Sales Advisors work 5 days a week, totaling 38.75 hours.

  • Interact with our esteemed clientele, equipping them with the knowledge necessary to select pieces from our collection and enabling informed purchasing decisions while prioritizing their best interests.
  • Strive to ensure our customers receive unparalleled satisfaction in service.
  • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our products and brand, conveying this knowledge with pride and enthusiasm.
  • Attract new clientele by responding to inquiries and qualifying the jewellery needs of prospective customers.
  • Aim to meet team sales targets aligned with store performance, while remaining mindful of personal objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of communication with colleagues, sharing insights and feedback from the sales process.
  • Ensure the showroom and collections are presented to the highest standards.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase for any aftercare inquiries or concerns.
  • Take personal responsibility for stock management and product inventory.
