We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in guiding, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
