We are seeking customer service professionals to become part of our innovative and forward-thinking teams. About You:

While prior experience in fine jewellery or luxury timepieces is not mandatory, a genuine enthusiasm for our products is highly beneficial, and your professionalism in delivering high-end client experiences is crucial. We appreciate warm, engaging personalities and individuals eager to grow and succeed within one of the most prestigious family-owned brands in the UK. If you thrive in customer-facing environments and enjoy assisting customers, we can provide you with an ideal career pathway.

Our in-store Luxury Sales Advisors assist customers five days a week, totaling 38.75 hours.

  • Engage with our esteemed clientele, providing them with the knowledge necessary to select pieces from our collection and enabling informed purchasing decisions while prioritizing their best interests.
  • Strive to ensure our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction in customer service.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products and brand, conveying this with pride and enthusiasm.
  • Attract new clientele by responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying the jewellery needs of prospective customers.
  • Aim to achieve team sales targets aligned with store objectives, while remaining mindful of personal goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and share insights or feedback from the sales process.
  • Maintain excellent presentation standards for our collections and showroom.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase for aftercare queries or concerns.
  • Take personal responsibility for stock handling and product counts.
