Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Sales and Customer Engagement: Reach out to existing customers to inform them of new products and services, and build relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Outbound Sales and Customer Acquisition: Make outbound calls to attract new customers, create new relationships, and expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Product Knowledge and Support: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services, and provide expert support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate successfully with customers to close deals, meet sales targets, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer-focused role, with a track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge and Adaptability: Ability to learn about new products and services, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Cool Temperament and Resilience: Cool temperament and experience to successfully overcome rejections and barriers, with a proactive and 'can-do' approach to all tasks.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Highly self-motivated and driven individual, looking continuously to improve and develop, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
