Do you like building relationships, numerically inquisitive and like creating stories around numbers and figures?

A specialist insights consultancy dedicated to the UK Retail and Foodservice industry are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team based in Central London.

They are leaders within their field, providing a breadth of research and insight solutions to the full spectrum of the industry, from High Street retailers, Wholesalers and foodservice operators.

You will play a key role in managing the relationship with a wide portfolio of FMCG & retail clients building long term relationships to ensure their research & insight needs are fully met.

Strong numerically and have the ability to interpret data and turn it into insight to provide the client with new knowledge and expertise.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have account management / client service experience from an insights agency OR come from a data/research/insight background looking to move into a more client facing role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique size agency, with lots of responsibility / autonomy and where you'll have the opportunity to become an expert and thought leader within the industry with exposure to some if the UK's leading brands
