In this varied role you will be a key point of contact for customers, processing and progressing their orders, responding to incoming client queries as well as assisting with other ad hoc administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding local company and become an important part of their new team

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator: - Processing and progressing orders from initial enquiry to delivery.

  • Writing product descriptions and updating company website.
  • Maintaining quality management systems.
  • Assisting directors with other ad hoc administrative duties
  • Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills who can take initiative and prioritise their workload.
  • IT Literate
