Specialist Support Administrator
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join our busy Customer Care Team. Our Customer Care Team is growing and this position reports into our Customer Care Manager. This role requires confident administration and time management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To take responsibility for establishing and maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with customers on behalf of the company and to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing all incoming customer queries and questions
  • Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients as necessary
  • Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
  • Providing quotations and checking availability
  • Always adhering to company's policies and procedures when assisting customers

Raising the profile:

As an ambassador of the business, we are looking for somebody to who is self-motivate and a positive thinker.

You will need to manage your own workload within the parameters of other team members and be a proactive team player.

In caring for our customers, we have a busy dedicated team committed to providing a first class service based directly in our UK Head Office in Newtown, Powys.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • This position requires a good communicator with above average troubleshooting skills and diplomacy.
  • Minimum of 2 years administration and customer care experience
  • Excellent customer service or transferable skills
  • Maths, English and Computer Literate (Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate Excel)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and networks.
  • Foster customer relationship development and management.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Personality: passionate, result oriented, selfstarter, wellstructured, professional growth mindset
  • We are looking for somebody who can capture technical facts and refine them in a simplified way, with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.
