Job Purpose:


To support EU distribution team with all admin duties, handling commissions calculation and focus on supporting current distributors network and distribution customer service actions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our EU distribution team with daily administrative tasks
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve goals
  • Understanding the markets and products
  • Calculation of distributor commissions and associated administration
  • Ensuring that new distributors are familiar with the processes and procedure of the distribution team and also the sales tools available to them
  • Work with marketing to identify needs and where needed strategy for providing brochures and merchandise to distributors
  • Holding product and system demos where needed
  • Learning the existing distributors base
  • Dealing with queries and questions from existing distributors
  • Escalating any issues/concerns
  • Ensure that our excellent customer service and sales partner support is maintained
  • Generate reports for manager

General Responsibilities:

  • Recording and process acquisition paperwork for EU new distribution brought in by the EU distribution team
  • Recording and process all EU distributor orders
  • Recording new prospects and pipelines in our system (credit check. etc.)
  • Develop ideas and put forward to the line manager for improved department, database and system processes
  • Calculation of commissions
  • Commissions invoices checked before managers approval
  • Communicate any competitor information gained through the wider team
  • To monitor and report any issues to the line manager
  • Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business
  • A commitment to equal opportunities
  • Provide cover for team where appropriate
  • Help the FR account management department with queries or after sales calls
  • Ad hoc assignments as required

About You:

Fluent French language required

  • Fluent or good level of a second European language desired
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with sales partners and other stakeholders
  • Able to manage sales partners expectations with integrity
  • Ideally experienced in B2B sales
  • Experience in sales admin role preferred
  • Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 36
  • Knowledge of B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the market we operate in
  • Confident in person and on the phone
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Target driven
  • Excellent time keeping
