Control Techniques (CT) is part of the Industrial Automation business within the Nidec Group.

Overview:


This role will be supporting the Executive Assistant with Travel administrative tasks and other duties as required by the Executive Team.


  • Organise travel arrangements (UK & Global). Including booking flights, hotels & arranging airport transfers
  • Booking cost effective flights, transfers and accommodation and distribute all confirmations.
  • Following company procedures in maintaining full records of employee travel.
  • Resolving travel queries.
  • Reconciliation and management of invoices and charges.
  • Ability to maintain and manage excellent relationships with our external corporate travel company and hotel providers.
  • Diary Management, meeting scheduling & general inhouse administration.
  • Assisting with planning and overseeing of offsite Conferences.

Qualifications, Experience and Profile:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Previous experience in travel booking is not required, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships (internal and external).
  • Full driving licence.
  • Prior experience in a similar role (desirable).
