Control Techniques (CT) is part of the Industrial Automation business within the Nidec Group.
Overview:
This role will be supporting the Executive Assistant with Travel administrative tasks and other duties as required by the Executive Team.
- Organise travel arrangements (UK & Global). Including booking flights, hotels & arranging airport transfers
- Booking cost effective flights, transfers and accommodation and distribute all confirmations.
- Following company procedures in maintaining full records of employee travel.
- Resolving travel queries.
- Reconciliation and management of invoices and charges.
- Ability to maintain and manage excellent relationships with our external corporate travel company and hotel providers.
- Diary Management, meeting scheduling & general inhouse administration.
- Assisting with planning and overseeing of offsite Conferences.
Qualifications, Experience and Profile:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in travel booking is not required, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships (internal and external).
- Full driving licence.
- Prior experience in a similar role (desirable).
