The Role of an Administrator
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well renowned manufacturing company in the Newtown area for a part time Administrator.
The ideal Administrator will be IT literate and able to manage their own workload.
Main duties of an Administrator will include:
- Inspect material certificates prior to scanning and filing
- Maintaining accurate records for all goods and services rendered
- Produce reports by request for active jobs and orders
- Observe and record waste materials to mínimalize impact on the environment
- Previous experience in an administration role is required
- Have excellent attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to use all Microsoft packages
- Able to manage their own workload
