The Role of an Administrator


We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well renowned manufacturing company in the Newtown area for a part time Administrator.

The hours are flexible and can be worked over four or five days.

The ideal Administrator will be IT literate and able to manage their own workload.

Main duties of an Administrator will include:

  • Inspect material certificates prior to scanning and filing
  • Maintaining accurate records for all goods and services rendered
  • Produce reports by request for active jobs and orders
  • Observe and record waste materials to mínimalize impact on the environment
The ideal Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in an administration role is required
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to use all Microsoft packages
  • Able to manage their own workload
