If you are a Sales Director, or Head of Sales considering your next career move, and have experience in the UK independent healthcare sector, specifically in evidence based mental health, then Onebright is an environment that will present you with opportunities to make an impact and bring your creative sales strategy to life.

~ will need to have a solid understanding of large strategic accounts, channel partnership development, be able to extend your network in the intermediary markets as well as experience of developing other accounts in emerging businesses joining the sector.

~ will be able to demonstrate winning high value and complex tenders and bid management processes, so you will need to evidence your prior success at delivering high yield accounts in the B2B and B2C mental health space.

~ must continuously expand your knowledge of healthcare market conditions, and working with the Chief Commercial officer, build and promote strong propositions to take to market.

~ will be able to evidence practical, creative, and detailed sales planning to generate leads, create opportunities and drive our financial revenue in line with our growth ambitions.
