  • Accurately entering data onto a case management system.
  • Verifying client identification.
  • Liaising with third parties including lenders, brokers, solicitors and estate agents.
  • Completing tasks in compliance with legal requirements such as GDPR and antimoney laundering regulations.
  • Any other duties as required by the business.

What you'll need:

  • An eye for detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Proficiency and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative
Full training will be provided and the position is based at our Stoke-on-Trent office.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week.
