This will be achieved through taking a day-to-day role in managing and leading the team to ensure operational delivery of internal, external and communications priorities in line with the agreed strategy.
The post holder will be required to deputise for the Associate Director of Communications and Engagement on all matters.This might include advising on the handling of communications matters (including reactive media advice) and being a main of contact for any questions from either our internal, external (including media) and digital communication channels.
It will also require supporting strategic projects communications and charity activity as may become necessary.Please refer to the attached job description and person specification document for further details.
