Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Support Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities to participate in a variety of tailored and meaningful activities. Your responsibilities will include facilitating community projects and helping individuals build essential social connections.
