Job Title: Childcare Engagement Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Childcare Engagement Officer. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to assist them in enrolling their children at our nurseries.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Occupancy Rates: Collaborate with our nurseries to enhance occupancy rates and maximize enrolment capture, contributing to the overall success of our childcare facilities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service standards, productivity goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
