Job Title: Childcare Engagement Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Childcare Engagement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping families find the perfect nursery setting for their children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their childcare requirements.
  • Enrolment Support: Assist parents in enrolling their children at our nurseries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our nurseries to enhance occupancy rates and maximise enrolment capture, contributing to the overall success of our childcare facilities.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service standards, productivity goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
