Community Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Payback Supervisor to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. As a Community Payback Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising work groups of offenders serving a community sentence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise work groups of offenders and ensure that all tasks are carried out to the best of their ability.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and alert relevant staff to any risk.
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments to ensure all hazards are noted and managed.
- Maintain service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Contribute towards promoting Community Payback with colleagues, external agencies, Sentencers and the public.
- Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
- To attain IOSH L3 or equivalent and a willingness to attend further training.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
This is a permanent full-time role with flexible working arrangements available.
