About This Exciting Hybrid Role:

As a key player in our Sales and Marketing division, you will harness the power of marketing to drive business expansion, improve parent satisfaction, and optimize our internal communications. Leading a dedicated team of four marketing professionals, you will develop strategies that are not only impactful but also genuinely motivating.

Your Responsibilities:

· Strategize and Implement: Partner with the Head of Sales and Marketing to design and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans.

· Lead and Motivate: Oversee our talented marketing team, mentoring them in their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality project results.

· Enhance Engagement: Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that increases organic traffic and fosters customer engagement both internally and externally.

· Innovate and Evolve: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to continuously refine our strategies and methodologies.

About You:

· A seasoned B2C communication specialist with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a background in team leadership.

· An intuitive marketer with a broad skill set and a willingness to explore new approaches.

· An exceptional communicator and leader, capable of inspiring a team and nurturing a collaborative workplace culture.
