This is an exciting opportunity to join Talent Search in a busy and varied part-time role. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting a well-established charity, helping to shape and improve the organization's approach to marketing planning, campaign development, and awareness.

The position will be for 3-4 days a week with the option of one of these days to be worked from home. Your role will include:

  • Developing and executing a marketing strategy to build the profile and publicize activities across various channels
  • Marketing of new regular giving platforms
  • Writing press releases and newsletter content and building relationships with local press
  • Creating, publishing, and promoting engaging stories and events for social media content
  • Marketing of charity events and achievements
  • Updating the charity website
  • Ad-hoc assistance at events

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Confident, dynamic, positive, and proactive communication skills with a proven track record in marketing, happy to work in a small team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for writing compelling content and creative social media content
  • Good use of design software, including Word Press, Photoshop, Adobe software, and Canva
  • Ideally: charity sector experience; marketing qualification; SEO experience
