They are working on building an AI platform enabling customers to achieve financial well-being through many different products.nTHE ROLEnYou will be doing the following daily:
nLead collaboration with payments and fraud team, guiding the fraud management strategy with precision.nVigilantly monitor for signs of fraud, especially in new areas, by analysing user behaviour for any red flags.nWork with analytics team to generate detailed reports using SQL, identifying fraudulent transaction patterns.nContinuously improve risk control measures to balance efficiency and effectiveness.nProactively manage and minimise fraud rates, constantly seeking improvements.nAssess and enhance tools, advocating for new technologies or services that could improve our capabilities.nCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design features that enhance user experience while bolstering security and reducing friction.nPartner with Compliance Officers to ensure all AML and compliance requirements are fully met.nYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEnOver 4 years of experience in fraud management with either a bank or fintech startup.nPrevious experience mentoring/managing more junior analysts.nStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL.nExperience leveraging automation and machine learning to tackle fraud and AML.nWell-versed in implementing and enhancing security measures.nThe ability to work and collaborate with other members of your team.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.nStrong numerical degree from a Russel Group University.nTHE BENEFITSnUp to £140,000 salarynGenerous EquitynPrivate Health CarenPension schemenRemote workingn+ morenHOW TO APPLYnPlease register your interest by sending your CV to Gaby Adamis via the Apply link on this page.
