Our client, a Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry is currently looking for a Programme Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success, managing critical topics, and building strong customer relationships.
The Programme Manager Will- Apply hands-on experience with DFMEA and 8D5W analysis to identify potential risks, analyse root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Utilize your decision-making ability to make strategic decisions based on customer requirements, project constraints, and business objectives.
- Lead customer coordination efforts, interacting directly with customers to gather first-hand information, analyse requirements, and assess feasibility in terms of timeline and deliverables.
- Manage project and task assignments, identifying critical topics and key deliverables to drive project success and meet customer expectations.
- Create project schedules based on customer timelines, establishing deliverables for each key milestone, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the automotive seating industry, with a focus on seating systems or related components.
- Proven track record of successful customer coordination and interaction, with the ability to gather requirements, analyse feasibility, and make informed decisions.
- Hands-on experience with DFMEA and 8D5W analysis, demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
