Maidenhead, Windsor and Maidenhead, United Kingdom Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Full time

We're looking for an enthusiastic and professionally qualified Mental Health Practitioner who is passionate about delivering responsive and high-quality clinical services.

While community experience is a plus, it's not essential - what's most important is your commitment and keen interest in all aspects of mental health.

Your up-to-date knowledge of treatments and protocols, along with your ability to work autonomously and make clear, coherent decisions, will be key.

Flexibility in meeting the needs of the wider service is also important.

Join us and you'll be part of a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team that includes social workers, community mental health nurses, consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, psychological therapists, community support workers, employment specialists, and our friendly administrative and reception staff.

Our CMHT is proudly funded by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Local Authority.

We value ongoing learning and development, so we offer training to help you further your knowledge and understanding of this client group.

If you are eager to make a difference and ready to bring your skills and passion to our team, we would love to hear from you

You will work within the WAM Community Integrated Mental Health Services. You will hold a caseload and focus on delivery of a specific time-limited intervention using the recovery model.

You will be offered regular clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead.
