About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and families in our nursery setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote best practice in childcare and mental health.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in childcare and mental health.
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 in childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding children and child protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
