Job Title: Advanced Mental Health Practitioner – Older Adults

Are you a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role in our Older Adults Mental Health Services? We are seeking an experienced Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients with complex mental health needs, working collaboratively with other disciplines to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to junior staff and students, promoting a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, working closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care.
  • Participate in audit and research activities, contributing to the advancement of mental health practice and policy.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and services to ensure seamless delivery of care, promoting a culture of collaboration and partnership working.

Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification.
