This is a unique chance to be one of the first few employees at an early-stage AI startup (raised £1m) with the potential to transform the way businesses understand their customers. Working closely with the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our demand generation engine, driving awareness, and acquiring new customers for our innovative AI-powered research platform.

Role Description

As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will develop and execute campaigns to generate leads and create demand for the product. You'll need to be able to:

  • Build and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid advertising, content) to drive leads and conversions.
  • Optimise Marketing Funnel: Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and optimise the customer journey for maximum efficiency.
  • Content Creation and Collaboration: Work with the content team to develop engaging content that attracts and educates potential customers.
  • Measure and Analyse Performance: Track key metrics, analyse campaign performance, and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral and nurture leads through targeted content.
  • Own the Metrics: Define success metrics for yourself and establish a marketing dashboard to track progress against KPIs. Use data diligently to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
  • A track record of driving measurable outcomes based on data-driven decision-making.
  • A genuine passion for AI's potential to transform how we gather and analyse customer insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with market research and customer experience concepts
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
