Gibbs Hybrid is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Marketing Executive to become an integral part of their vibrant and productive Marketing team. If you've got a strong background in digital marketing, especially in demand generation aimed at account-based marketing tactics, this role is for you
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies focusing on ABM pipeline and pipeline acceleration.
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, telemarketing, events), including collaborating with briefs and creating comprehensive marketing plans.
- Work closely with sales teams or grasp the significance of the sales-marketing relationship.
- Collaborate with various teams to create campaign assets, messaging, and content that engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and identify areas for enhancement.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign goals are achieved within the set timeframe and budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in B2B demand generation.
Essential:
- Strong background in Marketing strategy
- Experience in Digital B2B demand generation marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- Proficiency in creating campaign codes, uploading leads, and generating reports in Salesforce & Power BI.
- Track record of effectively planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of marketing strategy, including full funnel marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently across teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning and a determination to stay at the forefront in a rapidly evolving industry.
