The Assistant Facilities Managerwill have responsibility across all Tails.

This individualwilltravel and attend to each of these facilities regularly to ensure that all sites are functioning and safe for our teams, enabling our packto do our best work.

Developing, implementing, and overseeing facility management plans in alignment with organisational goals
Coordinating with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to address utilities, equipment, and infrastructure issues
Managing internal facility projects, including renovations and space optimisations
Managing external vendors and contractors for facility services, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance standards are met
Scheduling and overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
Conduct audits to assess and mitigate risks at all facilities
Developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols across all facilities to protect personnel, assets, and property
Professional certification in facility management, such as:
National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM)
Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM)
