The successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager and Area Managers to ensure an exceptional member experience across all touch-points, including maintaining our buildings and equipment safely, as well as delivering a flawless IT experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities and IT tickets, responding to all requests within required service level agreements
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our Membership Team, contractors, landlords, and suppliers
- Collaborate with Membership Managers to complete space audits to support operational execution
- Work closely with the Facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spaces
- Support the monitoring of facilities and IT contractors to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and safely
- Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring that health and safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislation
- In the absence of the Facilities Manager, take control of any emergency situations and evacuation plans
- Identify areas of improvement in delivery of our services and processes, implementing changes as required
- Assist the Facilities Manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier and tender processes
- Ensure safe working practices across our spaces through Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities role, either as a coordinator, assistant, or administrator
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- An understanding of health and safety protocols
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and a solutions-focused approach
