Facilities Manager & Health & Safety Officer

Gatehouse Bank plc is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager and Health and Safety Officer to join our team in London. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and managing all aspects of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all premises and facilities related matters for all bank offices.
  • Oversee the processes and tasks around service providers to ensure the smooth running of facilities and offices.
  • Manage new office relocation activities, including moving, fit-out, and dilapidations.
  • Act as Health & Safety Officer for the Bank and manage all associated responsibilities.
  • Report Health & Safety updates to EXCO on a monthly basis.
  • Provide Health & Safety support to all staff.
  • Monitor the quality and standard of service provided by service providers.
  • Identify new service providers, obtain quotes, and manage the new supplier process.
  • Manage office expenditure, record-keeping, and facilities budget.
  • Have line management responsibility of the Office Assistant.
Requirements:
  • Experience of Office and Facilities Management.
  • Experience of working with data from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of equality and diversity legislation.
